Mindful Paws focuses on kind, positive and ethical training methods
Mindful Paws does not accept the use of any punitive and harsh methods of dog training including the use of choke chains, prong collars and shock collars
It is expected that all dogs are fully wormed and vaccinated when training in public areas
It is the responsibility of each customer to keep their dog under control in public areas, including picking up after them
Mindful Paws cannot accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused to third parties or property
Children (under 17) are more than welcome to attend training sessions, however must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
Each dog’s progress is the responsibility of the customer and the commitment to work on the advice given during training sessions
Mindful Paws reserves the right to end a training session with immediate effect if the safety of any person or animal is compromised
In some instances Mindful Paws may insist that the dog has a veterinary check up before proceeding with behavioural advice. Failure to produce evidence of this may terminate support from Mindful Paws
Payments
Payment must be made in full 3 days before your first session
Payment can be made via BACS
Mindful Paws cannot offer refunds unless in mitigating circumstances such as serious illness or death
Mindful Paws prices are non-negotiable
Postponing a Session
Please be aware that Mindful Paws operates a 48 hours postponement policy. This allows us to offer the appointment to another valued client. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice via text message or email.
